When life becomes a hash of mash
“Things have gone so far, they can never be the same again.”
Good.
Then let's make them better.
Nobody here is broken. Every child, every parent, every tired adult has a galaxy inside — sometimes it just needs a little light and a lot of listening.

Hello, I'm Pooja
I don't fix people — nobody who walks through my door is broken. I sit with parents, children and tired grown-ups, and help them hear what they've been trying to say. Be present, not perfect. That's where every change begins.
For almost a decade I've worked with young people and families in Chandigarh — in classrooms, as a Member of the Chandigarh Commission for Protection of Child Rights, and one-to-one as a certified life coach.
I've seen that the tools are simple. What's rare is someone who listens long enough to find the right one.

Three kinds of people find their way here. Most families, eventually, are all three.
01 — For parents
When love isn't the problem — but every evening is.
Meltdowns, screens, comparison, the child who's gone quiet. Understand what the behaviour is saying, and answer it calmly.
Explore →02 — For children & teens
Big emotions are not bad behaviour.
A safe, playful space for young people to name what they feel, handle pressure and grow confidence from the inside.
Explore →03 — For you
For the one who holds everyone together.
Burnout, transitions, the feeling of running on empty. Look inward for strength — and build a steadier way forward.

Chapter one
“No one can harm you, but you yourself. Similarly, no one can help you more than yourself.”

Hashof Mash
There come times in life when one is bent double under the burden of responsibilities and no advice from anyone seems to work. One wants to simply curl up and shut out the world. This book is for those times.
A small, warm book to wrap your arms around — a “mind torch” for the days when no advice seems to work.
Kind words
What changes, in their words.
I came in convinced my son was the problem. I left understanding that he'd been trying to tell us something for months. Our evenings are unrecognisable now.
